1. Chatbot and Live Chat Setup

Once setup is completed, the chatbot and live chat systems become the client's property.
Clients are responsible for managing their platforms and accounts after setup unless maintenance is subscribed.

2. 10-Day Free Trial

Each client is eligible for a 10-day free trial after setup.
Continued access requires a paid subscription.
Unsubscribed accounts will be automatically suspended after the trial.

3. Subscription and Payment

All subscriptions are processed securely via Selar.
An active subscription is required to maintain chatbot and live chat functionality.

4. Maintenance and Support

Ongoing support, updates, and minor adjustments are included for clients with an active subscription.

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through Selar or by contacting support.
Services terminate automatically at the end of the billing cycle upon cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lexx Chatbot Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages from service use or platform issues.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Changes will be communicated via email or posted here.
